Try Selmion on a sample delivery
Tick the lines as the boxes arrive, type what you received, scan, count, mark damage, check the temperature and print the sheets. Everything Selmion does is listed at the bottom, and each feature ticks itself when you use it.
This is a practice page. The delivery is made up. Nothing you do here is saved or sent, and it cannot open your own files.
What the print pages do
Tick a few lines below, then press Preview the print pages. You see the sheet you would put on the bench before any paper is used.
- One block for each box, with its lines and the quantity you ordered.
- A fridge box, or a fridge line in an ordinary box, is marked in print, so whoever puts the delivery away sees it first.
- Lines you have checked show what you received. Lines you have not checked stay blank, so you can write on the paper.
- Each box ends with a Checked by line and a Date line to sign.
- You choose the type size and the layout. The full software has seven layouts, and this page has all of them.
Add a line
For goods that arrived but are not on the note.
Fridge lines travel in their own box. A box of fridge lines is marked FRIDGE BOX. A fridge line in an ordinary box is flagged, so that you see it.
No lines match. Choose All, or change the search.
Temperature check
Fridge lines must stay between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius, and cold lines between 8 and 25. Type the lowest and highest reading from each logger in the delivery.

Print preview
Print opens your browser's print window. The sheet is made up, so you can print it or choose Save as PDF there to see how it looks on paper.
Delivery report
Attach before you send: the signed and stamped claim form, the logger reports and any photos. An email program cannot attach files for you.
Open in my email app prepares a draft in your own email program, addressed to a made-up address. Selmion sends nothing.
Headings in seven languages
Suppliers send files in their own language. Selmion reads the column headings in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, with or without accents. The screens and the Help are in English.

In the software you can also export your setup to a file and import it on another computer, and add extra controlled drug names.
Orders out, for suppliers
Choose Supplier above and the same lines become an order to pack. In the software, Orders out loads the customer's order or pick list. You scan or tick each line as it is packed, give each line a tote (or set the current tote so that ticked lines go into it), then write the message to the customer and keep the dispatch record. Schedule 1, 2 and 2A drugs carry a requisition held tick and a supply entered tick, each with who and when.
